The Truites de l’Aston store is open Monday to Friday (10:00-12:30 / 15:00-18:00) and Saturday mornings (10:30-12:30) – ideal for a gourmet break during your vacation or just before an outdoor lunch. At the producer’s, we absolutely recommend: smoked trout, fresh cobblestones, fillets and artisanal trout preserves. Smoked products are particularly appreciated for their delicate flavor, perfect for sharing as a starter or aperitif.
