BEFORE YOU LEAVE
80 km – 2190 m D+: for experienced cyclists.
The circuit is around 80 km long, with a positive altitude difference of 2190 m. It includes three climbs: the village of Seignaux (770 m), the Col du Traucadou and then the summit of Prat d’Albis – one of the great challenges of Ariège cycling.
This route is classified as difficult, suitable for trained cyclists – it requires endurance and good physical condition.
