The ascent of the Plateau de Beille from Les Cabannes is 16 km long, with a positive difference in altitude of around 1,410 m. It is classified as “Très difficile / hors catégorie”, making it a real challenge for well-prepared cyclists used to intense effort. A demanding climb, with sometimes steep gradients – the effort is real, but the reward… spectacular.
