Passionate local producer, naturally raised pork, charcuterie and authentic farmhouse dishes from the Terrefort ariégeois region.

Plat Net Sans Gêne is a peasant farm located in Madière, Ariège. Kristine Rouillon raises heavy pigs on straw using sustainable, GMO-free farming methods, and processes all the meat on the farm into charcuterie, preserves and traditional ready-made meals (pâtés, rillettes, cassoulet, tripe). Her priority is to respect animal welfare and the environment, while maintaining simple, tasty family recipes with no artificial additives. Her products, sold directly from the farm and at selected markets, embody responsible, sustainable peasant farming in south-western France.

Authentic charcuterie, farmhouse stews and local tastings at markets and on the farm.

Plat Net Sans Gêne’s products include fresh and dried charcuterie, traditional preserves and ready-made meals based on locally-raised pork. Sales are possible direct from the farm, or at local markets such as Vernajoul on Tuesday mornings and Pamiers on Saturday mornings, where local customers particularly appreciate the artisanal quality and local recipes. Visitors recommend trying the homemade rillettes and traditional simmered dishes, perfect for sampling the authentic flavors of Ariège. For more information: https://www.platnetsansgene.fr .
