Whether you’re a whitewater enthusiast or curious about the underground world, this is your chance to discover landscapes sculpted by water – basins, waterfalls, siphons, thousand-year-old galleries – for an extraordinary adventure. Accessible from age 6 for caving, and from age 14 for canyoning, this place combines nature, adrenaline and discovery.
The Activities

Caving & canyoning: guaranteed thrills.
There are two great worlds to explore on site: caving, to explore underground galleries and caves, accessible from age 6; and canyoning, to descend gorges with jumps, abseils, zip lines or swimming, from age 14.

How to get there
from the campsite
The site is only 10 km away – quick and easy for a day trip.
From Camping La Bastide in Mazères, head north towards Le Vernet-d’Ariège: the Gouffres, Canyons et Compagnie site is located in this village about 10 km away – about 15 minutes by car. Once you’ve arrived, there’s free parking, so you can start the activity without complication and make the most of your outing, whether caving or canyoning.
