Immerse yourself in the industrial history of talc, at Ariège’s unique quarry and museum.

Talcaneô, located in Luzenac, 7 km from our Les Oustalous establishment, is a 400 m² museographic space entirely dedicated to talc – the soft rock that is omnipresent in our daily lives.

The museum traces its extraction, processing and use through interactive visual displays and a 180° panoramic screen.

A fun and educational immersion experience, ideal for curious young and old alike, highlighting Ariège’s industrial and geological heritage.
