- Birdwatching in Foix: guided birdwatching outings on the Terrasses du Pech or at Labarre, to spot birds of prey and small passerines with a guide from the LPO (Ligue Protectionrice des Oiseaux).
- Meet the marmots on the Plateau de Beille : departing from Les Cabannes, outings accompanied by a naturalist guide enable you to observe Pyrenean marmots in their high-altitude habitat.
- Pyrenean birds of prey – Prat d’Albis: high above Foix, the Prat d’Albis site offers an excellent vantage point for observing griffon vultures, red kites and sometimes golden eagles, while learning to decipher the updrafts and ecosystem of the Ariège foothills.
- Rando nature Mazères: guided walks in the forest, signposted in yellow, to the Fautils pastures and viewpoints over the Séronais region (group visits for 6 people or more).

Pic de Saint-Barthélemy: an emblematic peak in the Ariège Pyrenees
