Every Tuesday and Friday, Foix vibrates with the colors of the markets: flavors, crafts, local atmosphere.

Every Tuesday, from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the food market takes place under the Halle aux Grains. Only local producers are given priority, guaranteeing freshness and authenticity – resale is tolerated only when a local product is not available. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover local vegetables, fruit, cheeses and other specialities in a convivial atmosphere.

Foix Fridays: exquisite craftsmanship, artisanal local cuisine and a lively atmosphere.

Every Friday, the Allées de Villote, the Halle aux Grains, the Halle Saint-Volusien and the Place Violet welcome stalls selling clothes, local produce, flowers, decor and crafts. It’s a time for sharing and discovery, where locals and visitors alike stroll, exchange ideas and soak up the local identity.

The Foix market embodies local vitality, a taste for the land and the pleasure of social interaction.

Between the songs of the stalls, the smells of warm bread and mature cheeses, and the smiles of the producers, the market is much more than a place to buy: it’s a moment in life. Whether you’re looking for a bouquet, a fresh ingredient or simply a stroll, these markets are part of the soul of Foix.
